In the heart of the mythical village, Le Pationata welcomes the generous French cuisine of Pierre-Alain Garnier, recently appointed Executive Chef of the five-star hotel. Designed by Sybille de Margerie, the refined setting blending black granite, braided wicker and chandeliers with pendants, opens onto a landscaped patio, a pleasant place to taste products sourced with love and cooked with mastery. Melting egg-Jerusalem artichoke, « ikejime » line fish or Piedmont veal to share, flavours follow the rhythm of the seasons, to be savored in a casual-chic atmosphere.
